| Our New Wine List - Summer 2007 We have just finished putting together our new Wine List for Summer 2007 and are very excited with our new finds. Joining the Domaine de la Paleine in Saumur, Sauvion et Fils in the Loire, Domaine des Clos of Burgundy and our New World selection; we now have a great choice of Bordeaux from Francois Janoueix and Clarets from various Chateaux with an 'histoire', including Chateau Castegens, which saw the 'Battle of Castegens' end the hundred years war. Clos Louie, produces stunning wine from pre-phyloxera vines and the grapes are still trodden by foot; Chateau Courtin's vineyards are completely encircled by Chateau Mouton Rothschild, 1st Growth Pauillac, and the result of this 'terroir' is clear from this stunning wine.
We are also pleased to announce the arrival of a range of wines from the Cote Chalonnaise and Maison Albert Sounit; a new selection of Cotes du Rhone from Chateau Courac, and Domaine Guy Bernard and Domaine Alain Voge bring us Cote Rotie, Condrieu, Saint Joseph and Cornas. |
