Antis is the old name for the Andes Mountains and it is from Maipu, on the foothills, where these delightful wines are produced. With vines aged from 40 to 90 years, planted at altitudes from 2,400 to 3,600 and irrigated by water from the mountain tops, it is no wonder their quality is so high. The low crop yield, averaging 20 hectolitres per acre, is also a significant quality factor.
